While camping at Netley Creek, we spent most of our time swimming, walking, chillin' out around a campfire, eating marshmallows, and swinging, swinging, swinging. All the boys wanted to do was be on a swing, if there was one. We also got to have a short visit with great aunt Dianne. When we were in the city, the boys were able to get in some time their friends Kiya, McKenna and Kaeden, as well as their fellow triplet friends, Owen, Carlyn and Taylor.
The weather was pretty nice, though not the typical Winnipeg hot, sticky summer sort of weather. There was one day when it rained, so we drove into Winnipeg and drove around checking out all the old sites we know so well.
The drive to & from was pretty crazy and long. To save gas, we drove the whole way there and home again with no AC!! Hot, stuffy, sweaty, hair blowing in the wind. Good thing (bad thing) we had to stop for gas so often - we got a few chances to get out and stretch our legs.

After witnessing BOTH Keegan and Josh falling into the pool, Connolly found a safe spot to avoid the same fate...(Keegan and Josh were smiling and happy after falling in. Neither were afraid of the water afterwards and continued playing poolside)

Taken on another day of swimming, the boys stayed clear of the pool's edge for fear that Daddy would make them swim in the very cold water (two nights of cooler weather can make an outdoor pool freezing cold!!!)...
Daddy managed to convince Keegan to take a ride on the boys' new turtle...
On a day when it was raining out at Netley Creek, we went into Winnipeg and visited with our friend Dawn (Leland was still in BC) and Kiya, McKenna, and Kaeden. We met at St. Vital Park. Their dog Bella was along for the visit as well...
