The number of camping weekends for us this year will be a little less than in past years as we are doing a 2-week long trip to British Columbia in July. We will still get 5 weekends in though, and with the 2-week trip, we will spend approx 33 days camping this summer.
For the May long weekend, we went to our 'home' base of Drumheller. The weather wasn't fantastic, but we thankfully weren't stuck in the trailer due to rain or snow. It was warm enough to wear shorts with a sweater and to swim several times a day as we always do.
We took in the Royal Tyrrell Museum, which gets more fun every year as Keegan, Josh & Connolly get older. We also went to the Aquaplex to have some waterslide fun and on a chilly Saturday evening, we went to see 'Shrek: Forever After' in the local theatre.
