10 months straight of weekend hockey comes to an end...for 6 weeks :)

September 2010 (see 'Even the Pros fall sometimes') was the start of a very long hockey season for Keegan, Joshua & Connolly. Their first Timbits season actually ended in March (see 'Lots of catching up to do - March 2011'), but two weeks later, they were fully immersed in an 11-weekend hockey camp with Winnipeg Jets alum Morris Lukowich.

From early April to the last weekend in June, we spent the early mornings of every Saturday & Sunday at Canada Olympic Park's 'Ice House'. It added an extra 3 months to the hockey season, but it was certainly worth it to watch Keegan, Josh & Connolly gain valuable skills from a pro.

Our hockey season for 2011-12 will be no shorter as we plan to register the boys in Lukowich's camp again next spring.
